Important Notes

• Compatibility: Only fits Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G 6.8 inches. Not for Regular S23 or S23 Plus.
• Supports Qi wireless charging.
• Bluetooth earphones are supported; wired headphones are not.
• The case supports 18W QC 3.0 charging. The battery case itself can be fast-charged via USB-A to USB-C cable; the phone cannot be fast-charged while in the case.
• Do not use USB-C to USB-C cables for data transfer when the device is in the case (use USB-A to USB-C for data).
• Avoid E-marker cables and 45W PPS charger cables to charge the case, as they may cause slow charging or no charge.
• The case is not waterproof.
